State-licensed compounding pharmacies operating under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) that purchase compounds as active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for compounding into patient-specific drug preparations pursuant to valid prescriptions from licensed practitioners. The full scope of obligations applicable to pharmacy accounts is set out in Section 2 of this disclaimer.

Not permitted under either category:

• Individual consumers, regardless of professional credentials;
• Clinics, wellness centers, or medical practices purchasing compounds for direct patient administration without a licensed 503A pharmacy intermediary;
• Any entity intending to resell or redistribute purchased compounds in their original uncompounded form.

US Peptide Clinic maintains a legally distinct buyer category for licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that purchase compounds as active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for compounding into finished drug preparations pursuant to valid patient-specific prescriptions. This section applies exclusively to accounts verified as active 503A pharmacies.

What this category covers:

• A 503A compounding pharmacy holds a state pharmacy license and compounds drugs for identified individual patients under valid prescriptions from licensed practitioners;
• APIs purchased from US Peptide Clinic by a 503A pharmacy are incorporated into compounded preparations — they are not dispensed in their original form;
• The finished compounded drug is the regulated product; the API is a starting material in that process.

What this category does NOT cover:

• 503B outsourcing facilities (a different and more regulated framework requiring direct FDA registration and cGMP compliance — US Peptide Clinic does not supply 503B facilities under this model);
• Clinics, wellness centers, or medical practices purchasing compounds for direct patient administration without a 503A pharmacy intermediary — this remains prohibited under the RUO framework;
• Any form of retail dispensing of purchased APIs without compounding.

The 503A pharmacy's exclusive responsibilities include:

• Verifying and maintaining valid patient-specific prescriptions for every compounded preparation incorporating these APIs;
• USP <797> sterile compounding compliance and/or USP <795> non-sterile compliance, as applicable;
• State board of pharmacy recordkeeping for API sourcing, lot traceability, and dispensing;
• DEA compliance for any APIs that trigger controlled substance regulations in the compounded form;
• Patient counseling, labeling, and dispensing in accordance with state pharmacy law.

US Peptide Clinic is an API supplier only. It does not participate in, oversee, or assume any responsibility for the compounding, prescription review, or dispensing process. The presence of a valid COA and MSDS does not substitute for the pharmacy's own quality control obligations under USP and state law.

The FDA has not evaluated or approved any of the compounds offered on this platform for safety or efficacy in human or animal applications. This includes peptides that may be referenced in published clinical literature — academic research does not constitute FDA approval.

The buyer assumes full, exclusive, and non-delegable responsibility for:

• Determining whether the receipt, possession, storage, handling, and use of any purchased compound is lawful in the buyer's jurisdiction prior to placing any order;

Purity and identity specifications are as reported on the Certificate of Analysis issued for the specific lot at the time of testing. Compound stability over time depends on appropriate storage conditions maintained by the buyer after receipt. US Peptide Clinic makes no warranty regarding compound stability, shelf life, or research outcomes.

U.S. regulations governing research compounds vary significantly by state. As of 2026, at least 14 states have enacted requirements that exceed federal minimums, creating a complex jurisdictional patchwork. Examples include:

• California: Requires California-specific disclosure statements on MSDS documentation accompanying all research compound shipments (effective January 2025 per AB 1887);
